About Tomboy, Sur Back, Verdi Girls, Jude, Rafael Grafals

NYC-based Electro Pop duo, Sarah Aument and William Shore.

Knowing each other for years, but making music separately under various monikers and with different bands, the two finally joined musical forces in early 2013. The resulting sound is a sensuous and melodic electro pop, with percussion heavy production that propels each track forward as it pulsates within a spectrum of playfulness and seriousness.

"float away on a river of lush electro-pop" -Nylon Magazine

"matches tribal-flavored fills and a yearning, wordless vocal melody with a synthetic four-on-the-floor pulse that pumps liquid-mercury synths" - Idolator

Ex-ballerina with poor arches who fell out of hate with pop and started a solo project in Jupiter, FL, longing to trade sand for snow. Breakbeat baroque-pop meets New Wave chanson + converses in fuzz guitar.

Making loneliness an art since the summer of 2012, Connecticut's Verdigrls (formerly known as Velveteens) are a young and deeply unconventional band who set out to form their musical identities. Sisters Anna and Catherine Wolk are both classically trained in violin and cello respectively. Catherine’s obsessions with 60's girl groups and Morrissey with sprinkled elements of The Raincoats, along with Anna’s strong background in classical theory and both their fascination with electronic music have come together to make something slightly odd and idiosyncratic. Along with their poetic lyricism, haunting harmonies and unusual instrumentation, they form a captivating sound.

"JUDE., a duo hailing from West Palm Beach, Florida and individually known as Kevin James Neal and Sydney Morris, have been making music together for the better part of eight months. Their debut release "Crystals" instantly garnered attention the world over, getting picked up by blogs and music aficionados on either side of the Atlantic. With swirling synths, ethereal vocals, and hauntingly beautiful lyrics, it's easy to see why." - Interview Magazine
